'Parkwood' is all-electric and this is an additional charge at cost.   Meter readings are taken and agreed at the beginning and end of each let (when payment is due). 

Wireless Internet access is available at no extra charge.  

Please note that smoking is NOT allowed indoors.

The accommodation is available from 3pm on the first day of the let and must be vacated by 10am on the final day.

Finally, please note that the accommodation is intended for families/couples and we do not let to single-sex parties or groups of under-25's.
